Geremias Miguel Villarreal, passed away suddenly in his home on Tuesday, August 22, 2017 at the age of 33.

Geremias was born on May 7, 1984 in Quito, Ecuador to Miguel and Marcela Villarreal. They would soon move back to Montevideo, Uruguay and then to Houston, TX. He was the oldest brother to his siblings Facundo M. Villarreal, Lucia Villarreal Naasz, and Lourdes Micaela Villarreal.

Geremias was raised in Katy, TX and had a love for football and anything mechanical. He graduated from Cypress Springs High School as part of the Class of 2003. He started a painting company with his father shortly after graduating high school, which he would later turn into a successful construction company before his departure into other fields. He began working for CenterPoint Energy in 2008 and moved his way up to Supervisor of Enterprise System Controls through hard work and dedication. He was very proud of the relationships he created there and the many friends he met.

The biggest pride and joy in his life was his daughter Eva Rose born June 5, 2006. His passion was teaching her everything he knew and making sure that she grew up as strong and smart as him. He loved his dog, a Catahoula leopard dog named Sidney. His other joy in life was riding on his Harley-Davidson V-Rod motorcycle, which he made many long trips on across the US. He was "bad to the bone", but always filled with compassion. Geremias was a kind man, with a big heart willing to help or listen to anyone in need.

Geremias is uncle to Mateo Naasz Villarreal, Rocco Villarreal, Paulo Villarreal, Penelope Villarreal, Rafaella Gomez Villarreal and Lucca Naasz. He is brother-in law to Niki R. Villarreal and Kirby E. Naasz.

He will be laid to rest at Memorial Oaks Cemetery in Houston, TX.
